Serving Templeton and the Central Coast since the 1980s
The Rotary Club of Templeton is a diverse group of neighbors, friends and leaders who share a deep passion for service. We exist to create lasting change — across the globe, in our community, and in ourselves. Guided by Rotary International’s core values of service, fellowship, integrity, diversity and leadership, we take action to address pressing needs locally and globally.
Rotary encourages clubs to keep communications simple and inviting, so we focus on telling stories about our impact and inviting others to join us. Our club meets regularly to foster fellowship and plan projects that improve the quality of life in Templeton. You don’t have to be a business owner or community leader to get involved — all you need is a heart to serve.
Since its charter in 2001, the Rotary Club of Templeton has been dedicated to improving life on the Central Coast. Over the decades we have supported high school vocational & academic scholarships, literacy initiatives, youth sports, and first responders. One of our proudest traditions is organizing the Templeton 4th of July Parade, a signature event that brings the entire community together each year. From humble beginnings, our club has grown into a vibrant network of people committed to service above self.
Our club is led by a board of volunteers who guide our vision and ensure we remain true to Rotary’s mission. Current officers include:
Leadership roles rotate annually, giving members opportunities to develop their skills and take on new challenges.
We meet on the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays at 7:00 AM for breakfast at Cambria Hotel, located at 1000 Las Tablas Rd, Templeton, CA 93465. Guests are always welcome. If you’re curious about Rotary or want to see what we’re all about, please stop by for breakfast and conversation — there’s no commitment.
If mornings don’t work for you, contact us and we’ll connect you with other clubs in our district. Rotary is flexible and there’s a club to fit every schedule.
